35+ years of high-end work

I started in carpentry and remodeling alongside my father in the mid-1980s, ran a licensed general contracting company in Kansas for 13 years, and now build whole-home remodels and additions around Denver. I know what a detail costs to get right, and I'll tell you before it becomes a problem.

From first call to final walkthrough

Talk before pricing

Send me the plans or walk me through the concept. I'll give you honest feedback on budget range and buildability early, while changes are still cheap.

Preconstruction

Trades and sequencing get lined up. Long-lead items like windows, tile, and custom millwork are flagged with dates so selections never hold the schedule.

Build

Site walk-throughs with you and the client where you want them. Schedule, selections, and photos are tracked in JobTread, so status is a look away, not a phone call.

Finish

A final walkthrough with you present, a punch list that gets closed out, and a clean site ready for your project photography.

Referral terms: there aren't any.

I don't pay referral fees, and I'll never ask you to mark up my work or steer a client to me for a commission. If I'm the right builder for your project, we work together. If not, no hard feelings.
